Due to the Owners Club's continuing success and the need for extra space - I have bought a garden office/warehouse.

I intend to use it to run the OC from, to store the parts from the project trucks and store the OC Club stuff (mugs, stickers etc)

In addition to service items, we have started to recondition parts and have them in stock - alternators, power steering boxes, gearboxes etc

do you by any chance have the rear part of the rear propshaft (bit that bolts to the rear diff) for a 2000 2.5 TD? Last guy to fit a UJ knackered it.

The petrol engine is definitely a different prospect when De-Catting - not sure if you'd get through the MOT.

We don't have a petrol cat in stock - try Thornton Breakers ?

Hi Chris,

I am looking for a replacement fuel tank for my petrol 2001 k76 3.0 litre petrol Triton (with LPG conversion). Apparently the sulphur in unleaded fuel attacks metal over a period of time and I guess mine has been around long enough for it to need renewal.

Any suggestions?

Thanks, Dave.

As far as I know, diesel and petrol models use the same tank.

Club has one here in Wallasey - would have to be collected or sent hand to hand via the Club courier method.

Hi there,

I have an 03 plate 4Life and I am looking for some front seat arm rests. My garage (not a specialist) could not track any down through their usual factors, and eBay had nothing.

There are two blanks which look like they would be used for armrests in the centre console between the seats, just rear of the hand brake.

Can anyone please point me in the direction of these parts? I cannot see why the blanks would be there if there were no arm rests available?

I am planning a long (five day) drive and don't really want to do it without somewhere for my arm to rest Smiley

Thanks in advance.

You can buy them on eBay but could be looking at 80-100 pound I think the 2 little blanks are for rear diff lock buttons on some models.I have read the centre arm rest out of a shogun sport will fit.I personally got mine out of a Vauxhall vectra and modified it to fit, not a two minute job but it was free! It certainly makes a difference now it's fitted

The two blanks are for heated seat switches, or the one on the drivers side for the rear diff lock if heated switches aren't fitted.

Since posting this I rang the local Mitsi supplier who just said "no we have never provided an arm rest"

Those tips regarding shoguns / etc are really welcome; I will give that a go.
