Making this a sticky at the top of the Initial Posting Area because it's the single most asked about fault ......
Please also do a search for help by looking through the topics for a similar title.

Flashing 4wd green light can be caused by:

Sticking actuator plunger on front diff
Vacuum leaks
Vacuum reservoir corroded and leaking
One or more solenoids faulty
