Hi, have just joined club and have an L200 twin cab 2002 2.5 turbo  4D56. this has a replacement preused engine from Japan as the small ends went 2 years ago have this from new. I do not know exact model perhaps some of the lads from Ireland could say as I am based in Dublin.

problem I   power steering first thing in the morning at low revs very stiff and have to rev engine to turn wheel, this would seem like the pump to me? any other possibilities before I buy one.  Where is the best place to get this?
Grunching noise from front nearside suspension as you turn right and the shocks go up and down, greased all the ball joints, but no dice and is worse with have passenger in the front seat.  Forum suggestion is silicon spray, any new ideas on this?
Sorry if this posting is in the wrong area.

Check the pas belt first may just need adjusting or replacement one. Cheaper and quicker than a pump

thanks for that ordered one on Ebay 30 as predicted, great price!  Belt looks ok and is under tension so no easy fixes. the pump change looks handy unless i am missing something......
