Hi you guys
I live near Chelmsford in Essex and I have a small yard which I use for my roofing business.  I have recently put up a four post ramp to make repairs and servicing of my trucks and van easier. The ramp is obviously not in daily use so if any of you was needing to get under their truck to carry out some repairs comfortably rather than laying on the floor, I am happy to hire the use of it for a small hourly fee to members of the club.
Please call me for more details on 07759514440
Cheers
PAUL

Just to support this thread, these things use a lot of electricity (assuming it's not hydraulic/mechanical) to lift a vehicle off the ground so it's very fair to charge for the use. I know of garages that charge their employees for using the lifts on their own cars.

I do work outside but I wouldn't put a lift outside,  no one else seems to share my opinion though so whatever floats your boat
