This is our General Data Protection Regulation statement.

All personal data previously (prior to 1/1/2019) collected via membership forms has been destroyed/deleted.

Your Forum name registration data is held electronically - Forum name and email address.

This data is only visible to Mr C Grayshon-Pedley (Data protection Officer) and Mr S Mc Nally

Your Forum name is visible to anyone as is your email address unless when you registered you set that to Private - you can amend your profile to change this setting as well as making sure it is up to date.

Your email address will not be given or sold to any third party.

You have the right to contact Mr C Grayshon-Pedley and have your data reviewed, amended or deleted should you wish - this last option will, however, hinder our contact with you, should we need to.
We aim to carry out the review/amendment/deletion within 2 working days.

We do not send bulk emails out to the members of the club.
