Hello all,

I have joined this forum hoping can get some help also and to meet people here, join the membership and to enjoy the time here. I hope you will be kind and help me out with a few issues. I will post one problem at a time.

I own a 2008 L200 double cab. Love the vehicle and use as a daily runner. Not for commercial purposes. More than anything i purchased this vehicle 4 years ago as I could trs sport my father who suffered from parkinsons. Easy to put wheelchair in back. We enjoyed the vehicle immensely. My father died this may of this year so has a lot of sentimental value. I want get this sorted.

First issue is that before was running perfect in all vehicle modes. Now when I switch to 4 wheel drive it just flashes and to move the vehicle feels as though clutch has gone. Hard revs before it moves.

I've tried to drive in reverse and leave it on for a long while while I drive but keeps flashing.

Can you help people.

Im not much up to speed on the new model but sounds like the transmission might be wound up, get it on gravel or grass and drive it back and for for a while, I never drive my classic on tarmac in four wheel drive as this is what happens. I'm sure someone will be along soon to enlighten us.

Are your tires all the same size ?? Had a Subaru with an odd size wheel and it wasn't happy
