Hi all, I've got a leak on a flexible, its just behind the radiator on the left hand side next to the feed to the expansion bottle. I havn't had the time to get under it yet, can any body tell me what it is for and where does it go. Cheers all Pete.

Cheers mate ive taken the battery out and thats all I can find. I took the thermostat out and it didnt open until the water in the pan was nearly boiling so I think the steam was coming from the expansion bottle (i hope!)

Done that and the B****** is still overheating. Then I noticed steam coming from below and behind the injector pump. Investigated it ,the intercooler comes off on its own now:-) The top hose has a tiny split right against the nubiles that was stopping the system from pressuring and directing the resultant steam towards the bottom of the engine. These trucks find new and interesting ways every time! I just hope this was the cause of the problem and not a result. Fingers crossed.
