I checked with Southgate today and am advised that the offer made in 2007 of a 10% discount is not applicable to the advertised prices on the Mitsubishi accessory website.

It may depend on how much its costing. Initially they said they didnt do discount, and I did suck up to them a bit and after some toin and froin they did offer me 10% off the total bill £570.17 I paid £534.17 + vat
