HI Guys,

I'm suspicious that my EGR cooler may be leaking, I have bubbles in the expansion tank and overheated once recently. Head is fine, gasket was fine, will fit new pump and thermostat while I'm in there.

My question is if I want to blank the EGR on this engine will it affect any ECU readings ? Plan is to bypass cooler by connecting new hose form block to heater matrix, and block the exhaust pipe to cooler with a blanking plate sandwiched between manifold and pipe.
